Dispatch items back within: 14 days of contact

Once I receive the unwanted item you will be contacted and refunded via your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.


If an item arrives damaged or defective


Send me an email with your order number, including pictures of the item with the fault or damage visible. I will gladly send out another item to you free of charge, if the item can’t be replaced I can offer the amount paid in store credit or a full refund.


I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:


  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)


Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
